The Everyday Way is our own process developed over years of collaborating with leaders in high-risk organisations. It ensures you, and your stakeholders, have as much or as little input as you would like. Following a human-centred-design process, we shift seamlessly from strategy, to prototyping — through to production.

The Everyday Way

  • Discover

We begin with a discovery call to understand the impact you’re seeking to make. From here we’ll schedule a workshop to dive deeper, and build out a plan. Already have a plan? No worries, we’ll jump straight into scoping it up and putting together a project plan to suit your timeline.

  • Define

We’re obsessive about impact. And we know it is only possible to achieve it when we truly understand the problem that needs solving or the behaviour that needs changing. During this stage we define what our strategic approach will be to achieve the impact you want — with the audiences involved.

  • Develop

Our talented team of strategists, writers and designers will work collaboratively with you to build out your program or solution. All program components, tools and collaterals are developed in house at Everyday Massive and are provided to you and your team along with training and leader guides to ensure a seamless rollout.

  • Deliver

Everything we build for you is yours. No licensing fees, no hidden surprises. Our programs are handed over with working files, allowing you and your team to update as you need. We’re also platform agnostic, so training and campaigns are delivered in the format you company requires.

Our Difference

  • Human centred designers

Everything we do takes into account human behaviour and what drives our decision making.

  • Outcomes focussed

We understand the goal is to ultimately improve performance, which is why we focus on leading and lagging indicators to determine success.

  • Platform agnostic

We create learning and communication packages within your existing platforms and channels.

  • Relentlessly practical

We rail against cleverness for the sake of cleverness. Everything we develop for you makes sense in the hands of the end user.

  • No licensing fees, ever

We have a belief that organisations should build capability within. That’s why what we develop with you, belongs to you.

how we partner

End-to-end

From understanding the challenge, gaining insights to our target audience through to project strategy — we define objectives and learning outcomes to ensure we are solving the right problem and driving the right outcomes.

Then we change gears and bring it to life with world-class communication and engaging content for stakeholders to deliver or experience.

Our process and team enable you to deliver the entire program of work from end–to–end.

We’re collaborative

We are unapologetically collaborative in our approach, committed to achieving real outcomes for our collaborators. That’s right, ‘client’ is a word we never use. Instead, we view our ‘collaborators’ as partners.

This means taking your entire team on the journey and taking the project where it needs to go, together.

We’re here to address your challenges and pursue opportunities for you and your organisation — not to push our own agenda.

Relationships matter

We have numerous long-term collaborators we’ve partnered with for many years. We believe the best results come from great partnerships. This is why we don’t charge by the hour. We agree on a fixed investment, then we put in the work to get the outcome everyone wants. A true partnership requires high levels of trust, and that runs both ways.

We’re practical

No one needs a 60-page PowerPoint deck with no real-world application. We partner with safety leaders to ensure that safety is owned by everyone — from the frontline, to frontline leaders, to supervisors and leadership. Making a difference is challenging without buy-in at all levels. So we help you get senior leadership on board, make other department heads advocates and champions, and ensure the entire organisation understands the role they need to play.
