A book for our people.
2021 marks the two year anniversary of the rebrand from Jaxzyn to Everyday Massive. It was (for us) a massive change driven by even bigger aspirations. Little did we know then, that the world would soon change forever.
Now here we are. A team of 23, working with an ever-growing group of forward-focused leaders from around the globe, redefining employee experience in a post-2020 world.
And amidst all the turbulence, the biggest lesson has been that investing in people is (has been, and will always be) a smarter investment than dogecoin. Not just the people who make up the world’s largest brands, but the small team who comprise Everyday Massive.
In 2020, we began developing the Everyday Massive People Book. One part manual, one part manifesto, one part notebook — a guide to our peoples' experience at Everyday Massive across a day, week, year and career.
What drives us? Why do we do what we do? How do we do it? And, most importantly, how do we help our people do their best work — take their existing knowledge, skills and values and apply them to our world.
If you’re reading this, you’re part of an amazing team. A group of wonderful, high-performing humans who not only care about doing great work, but genuinely care about each other. We are not the plumber with the leaky tap. We believe in a world where people go to work happy, and go home happier — and that vision starts right here. We care about you, and your experience of work. We’re fortunate to live in an amazing place, yet have the opportunity to work for the world’s largest and most influential organisations. It’s a privilege we don’t take lightly. As a small team, every individual has an impact. Which is why we’re incredibly choosy about everyone who joins us. And that means you. We’re thrilled to have you as part of the Everyday Massive team, and looking forward to doing great things together.

At Everyday Massive, we use frameworks in our strategy sessions — a lot. But what are they, and how do they help? How does a framework… work?
