Learning & Training solutions
-
E-Learning
Unpacking key health & safety content, policies and procedures into an immersive online learning experience designed to transfer information in an engaging, scalable and digestible manner. Self-led e-learning modules are designed for consumption on desktops, tablets, or mobile, accessible anytime, anywhere for learner convenience and plug into your current LMS platform.
-
Face-to-face learning
While online learning is on the rise, workshops remain a powerful channel for sharing knowledge and building safety capability and engagement. Traditional learning methodology and relying on external suppliers and consultants to deliver content is no longer a viable approach. We partner with you to build capability and enable your team to drive safe behaviours from the inside out by delivering impactful peer-to-peer face-to-face learning experiences.
-
Micro-learning
Micro–modules provide a flexible and scalable solution to on-the-job safety training, delivering just the information a learner needs, right when (and where) they need it. A blended learning modality including video, interactive elements and points of comprehension designed to increase engagement, promote peer-to-peer learning and improve safety performance in the flow of operations.
-
Blended Learning
Blended learning uses a combination of learning and training experiences to ensure the end user has multiple touchpoints of knowledge transfer and opportunity to practice and embed skills. A blended learning program might include a core face-to-face introduction workshop, followed up with self-paced e-learning modules and then conclude with another face-to-face workshop — virtual or live. To embed learning, a series of micro-modules might be delivered via mobile.
