About the role
Obviously, you will have an exceptional ability to communicate — both written and verbal. You may have worked in change management or comms, have a journalism degree, or have been in a people and culture role — but don’t particularly like the ‘HRy’ stuff.
You’re comfortable — no, at home! — when it comes to developing and delivering strategies for communication, learning and safety programs. And you have an uncanny ability to see both the bigger picture and detail simultaneously.
You have experience leading a small team and know how to get the best from them and yourself. You have not only read about human-centred design, but have led multiple projects to get to commercial outcomes.

About Everyday Massive
At Everyday Massive, we believe everyday moments can make a massive impact.
We’re an award-winning, professional services company dedicated to improving the human experience in high-risk organisations. We work collaboratively to develop safety, engagement and leadership programs that deliver results.
In a world where everyone is obsessed with process, we turn programs into participation, compliance into collaboration and awareness into action.
From strategy to execution, we offer end-to-end solutions that enable organisations and leaders to take ownership, drive the right behaviours, and lead real change, from the inside out.
Everyday Massive is an equal-opportunity employer.
Senior Comms Strategist
It’s easy to see why some people don’t believe what we offer.
We’re an AFR Fast 100 Human Experience company, partnering with some of the world’s leading organisations to help them achieve real change, from the inside out. We’re passionate about treating people like, well, people — providing a mix of structure and autonomy that allows us to work in our way. We’ve got a LOT of dogs. And we do it all from our creative studio in Palmy, only moments from stunning beaches and delicious tacos. (Well, we say all, but we actually have a bit of a ‘no-borders’ policy.)
Now, we’re looking for a Senior Communications Strategist to join us and lead some of our most exciting pieces of work — from initial kicks-off to final supply. In fact, you’ll drive effective communication campaigns, using human-centred design to deliver people-focused outcomes that only true collaboration provides.
This is a great opportunity to fuse your communications knowledge, people leadership skills and experience working with creatives to make a massive impact, every day. While it'd be great if you had some experience in the safety world, you don't need to be an aficionado.
We’re more looking for your ability to harness both science (frameworks, process, behavioural science), art (design, craft, and copy), and a rigorous comms background to create real business change. You’ll know how to communicate with clarity, translating complex processes into easy-to-understand experiences. And you’ll know how to work with ambiguity to push new ideas forward. That way, you can help us develop campaigns and learning experiences that don’t just connect with people — they help save lives, offer mental health support, and allow people to flourish in their jobs.
